- Order your services from GES by July 4 to receive a discount
- Register staff to work your booth in advance of NES
View the list of exhibitors and their booth numbers.
Be sure to read this newsletter for important information about exhibiting at NES.
GES Exposition Services is the official 2008 NES general service contractor. A wealth of resources and services are presented in the Exhibitor Services Manual. To contact GES:
- Phone (in USA): 800-475-2098; (outside USA): +1 702-515-5970
- Online: www.ges.com/contact
You can order your services with GES online at www.ges.com.
Your logo, contact information and a description of the product(s) and/or services(s) that your organization offers will be included in the on-site NES Guide and on the 2008 NES page on the NPMA website. The Exhibitor Description Instructions outlines how to submit the logo, contact information and description for your organization. The deadline for submitting this information for inclusion in the NES Guide is June 16, 2008.
Exhibitors are expected to staff their booths during all exhibit hours with at least one registered exhibitor representative. Booths must be staffed by registered exhibitor representatives included with your exhibit space package or paid representatives who register in one of the following categories.
- $200 for Exhibit Hall access only.
- NES full registration for access to educational sessions and functions and Exhibit Hall. See pages 34-36 in the NES Announcement for pricing and how to register. NES registration cancellation policy applies.
Complete the Exhibitor Representatives Registration form to register exhibitor representatives included with your exhibit space package and any additional representatives in the $200 category.
To ensure that you have access to the attendees for marketing efforts before, during and after NES, we offer the following programs:
Exhibitors can purchase full-page, half-page (horizontal or island) or quarter-page four-color advertising in the on-site NES Guide. Prices start at $300 net. See the enclosed Advertising Insertion Order for more information. Insertion orders must be received by June 20, 2008.
A sponsorship is a proven way to stand out from the crowd and have your message reach NES attendees beyond the Exhibit Hall. Take advantage of this opportunity to increase visibility for your organization or solution, create brand awareness and market exposure, and drive interest and traffic to your booth by becoming a Platinum, Gold or Silver Level Sponsor. The above Sponsorships link outlines what you will receive in return for your investment as a sponsor. Act soon or you may miss out on some of the benefits of a sponsorship!
- Pre-NES Attendee List—If requested, exhibitors can receive the pre-registered opt-in attendee list one month prior to NES for advance promotions. Send your request for this list to exhibits@npma.org.
- Post NES Attendee List—Exhibitors will receive the post event opt-in attendee list two weeks after NES.
At this time, we are exploring the feasibility of offering lead management/retrieval services to NES exhibitors and will let you know by e-mail as soon as more information is available.
