Taxi fare between the Myrtle Beach International Airport and the Sheraton Myrtle Beach is approximately $15 one way. Taxi cabs at the Myrtle Beach International Airport are available outside of the baggage claim area.

Weekly rentals are from five to seven days. Extra day rate for weekly rentals will be charged at 1/5 of weekly rate. A “rental day” consists of a period of 24 consecutive hours, with each day starting at the time of the day the rental began.

Within the Myrtle Beach Area

For those traveling without a car, The Coast RTA - Waccamaw Regional Transportation Authority, provides local bus service around the Myrtle Beach area. The Coast offers affordable bus transportation along major thoroughfares, and to and from the Grand Strand and neighboring towns. Schedules are available at all Myrtle Beach Area Convention and Visitors Bureau offices. The Coast is a regularly scheduled bus system, consisting of more than 80 vehicles, offering service seven days a week, 365 days a year. Lymo buses travel on 22 routes servicing the Coastal Carolina region, including Myrtle Beach, North Myrtle Beach, Surfside Beach, Conway, Loris, and Aynor.

A Coast RTA bus stop is located across the street from the Sheraton Myrtle Beach. Drivers only collect passengers at designated stops. All Coast RTA fixed bus routes require exact change. One dollar bills and U.S. coins are accepted. Just remember—your driver is unable to make change.
